Palaeocast normally does in-depth interviews with researchers (worth a listen) that are aimed so that anyone with a good grounding in science or interest in palaeontology can understand.

They also live stream talks at conferences for those that are unable to attend. At the moment they're posting a series of #lunchtimelectures on youtube, recorded at the most recent meeting of the palaeontological association.

This is the most up to date research from across the field, in bite-sized chucks. They are conference talks so the level varies quite a bit and some knowledge of palaeo terminology might help, but they're great for some 'legitimate' procrastination!
